Summary:
Divorced and dateless for two years, 37-year-old Sarah Hurlihy (Diane Lane - Unfaithful, The Perfect Storm) sets out to change her single status when she bravely answers an online Personals ad. Instead of Mr. Right, Sarah experiences the ultimate nightmare when her would-be date turns out to be her widower father (Christopher Plummer - The Insider)! Sarah's sister Carol (Elizabeth Perkins - The Ring Two) convinces Sarah to post her own ad and include the words "Must Love Dogs," although Sarah does not own a dog. The posting produces many responses, forcing Sarah to borrow her brother's dog, Mother Teresa. Now Sarah is juggling her job as a preschool teacher, her interfering family, and more men than she can handle. But can Sarah's family back off long enough to avoid scaring all of these men away in the charming romantic comedy Must Love Dogs?
